Terms of Service

Effective: September 18, 2026

These Terms govern use of MN Revenue Engine, a service operated by Murphy & Nessar LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

MN Revenue Engine provides software and implementation services for lead response, follow-up workflows, pipeline management, booking workflows, revenue visibility, and related business automation. Specific integrations, implementation scope, and deliverables may vary by plan or written agreement.

Subscriptions and billing

Launch is $1,500 per month, Growth is $2,500 per month, and Scale is $4,000 per month unless a different written agreement applies. Subscription charges recur monthly until canceled. The optional Website Launch service is $500 one-time and does not recur. Applicable taxes and separately disclosed third-party usage or messaging charges may also apply.

By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the disclosed interval until cancellation. Stripe processes payments.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting support@mnrevenueengine.com. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges and access may continue through the paid billing period. Fees already charged are not automatically refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Website Launch

The $500 Website Launch add-on covers the website-build scope confirmed with you before work begins. Additional pages, custom integrations, third-party fees, domain purchases, extensive revisions, or work outside the confirmed scope may require separate pricing and approval.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use of the service, the accuracy and legality of data you provide, account security, and obtaining any permissions or consents required to contact leads or customers. You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or prohibited communications.

AI and automation

AI-generated responses and automated workflows can make mistakes and require appropriate human oversight. You are responsible for reviewing workflows and for decisions or communications made through your business. MN Revenue Engine does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Availability and third parties

Service availability may depend on third-party platforms, hosting, payment processors, messaging providers, AI providers, and other integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

MN Revenue Engine and its software, branding, and platform materials remain the property of Murphy & Nessar LLC or applicable licensors. Customers retain rights in their own business data and materials, subject to permissions necessary for us to provide the service.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, or business outcome. Liability limitations, if applicable, are subject to governing law and any separate written agreement between the parties.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
