This Privacy Policy explains how Murphy & Nessar LLC, operating MN Revenue Engine ("MN Revenue Engine," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, request a demo, create an account, or use our services.

Information we collect

We may collect contact and business information you provide, such as your name, company, business email, phone number, industry, lead and pipeline information, messages, booking information, and account credentials. We may also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, log, and usage information.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve MN Revenue Engine, respond to demo and support requests, operate lead-response and revenue workflows, authenticate users, process billing, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate parts of the service, including hosting, payment processing, email, messaging, AI, and scheduling services. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; MN Revenue Engine does not need to store full card numbers.

Customer data

Business customers may submit information about their own leads and customers. Customers are responsible for having appropriate rights and permissions to provide that information and for using communications features in accordance with applicable law.

Communications

If you request a demo or contact us, we may respond using the contact information you provide. Marketing emails include an appropriate way to opt out. Text messages are sent only where the applicable workflow and consent requirements permit them. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
